we have had this system since February at our television station for news. we just finished going through an ip address reconfiguration. the installers of the system had to reconfigure the gps/dns server and do a new ip scheme for the system which includes the producers instinct computers. there is one instinct where a news administrator of the system uses access to log into the interplay engine to do maintenance of the system. after changing out the old dns server with the new dns server when she logs into the system by access her instinct shows two databases that are identical. I can go to one of the other instincts and access into the system and only one database shows up as it should. we have manually disabled the second database that shows up on her instinct but how do I get it to go away?
In Interplay Access, log on to the correct current database, then check the tree view.
In case there are multiple AvidWG databases listed, right-click the not connected ones one by one and do "Remove Database(s)".
