(I changed your email address in case you don't want it broadcast to the world.) I assume that was in response to my first email sent yesterday.

This morning I have the same notification messages that Carl did regarding email.

No problem, Luca!  I actually thought about using "ciao" but I wasn't sure it was correct, so I stuck with Spanish.  I'm way better at Spanish than Italian.  :)

For anyone having the same problem: I've changed the email in my profile to a Yahoo account, as suggested by Marianna who investigated the issue with the Avid web team, and now it works. hth
