    Upgrading to MediaMover 3.1

Has anyone had any luck getting a response from the people at Random Video?  I have been trying to get upgrade code for Media Mover 3.1 for over a week now.  Still not a single response.  I own an earlier version that will not work with with OSX.  According to their upgrade policy registered users will get an upgrade for $40.00.  Has anybody succesfully received an upgrade code from them or for that matter any response tech support or otherwise?   If so . . . how did you do it???

I went through similar extended communications hassles with these people as well . . . they got back to me eventually. Pretty annoying though.

I finally got a response yesterday evening!   I had been e-mailing both upgrade and support links for the past week.  Thank you for your willingness to jump in and help me with this one.

Just remember... it's just an editor and his wife who sell/support Media Mover.  It's not a whole company of support staff, etc.  I absolutely love Tony and Cyndi.  The point is, if they go on vacation, get sick, etc, etc, things may slow down.  I accept that as I think the product is fabulous and fairly priced.
