It means that if you bought MC NOW it would be 3.5.4 - if you bought it in the un-specified past (as your seller did) it may be 3.5.4 or it may be 3.0. Yours is most likely 3.0 and will require an upgrade. 3.5.x is a major upgrade, not a fix. Use the forum search to learn more - there are billions of bits devoted to this topic. Think of "3.x" as being anything up to but not including 3.5.x - if it's 3.5.0 or aboive, it's usually refered to as 3.5.x.
Oh - and I can find the upgrade right where I said it was...

Glans,
MC 3.0 is a major upgrade and MC 3.5 is a major upgrade. These are paid for upgrades. MC 3.1 for example was not so any customer on MC 3.0 could upgrade to 3.1 free but to upgrade to 3.5 there is a fee associated with it.
If you have MC 3.0 like we discussed then you dongle will be blasted for 3.0. It will not allow MC 3.5 to open until an upgrade is obtained and the dongle updated or SW licensing implemented.
I sent you an email..... report back on the content to me via email.
Thanks
