This is not a Media Composer system. It is an old Avid Xpress system. They were two different products so that's the software you will need to load.

One of the 2 systems is a Media Composer. The 2nd dongle dump includes ...

Your dumps both report the version as:
Version: 0.0.x (0)
This might indicate the dongles are defective. Aer you running the Dongle Dumper on the system you bought?
Thanks for all replies
Yes i have used the dongle dumper application included in the MC7.1 i have bought
ebay dont know if it give correct informations about dongles details.
so if this HW is an expres someone can tell me more details please , i am hobbist and new to avid systems
since its very old more than 10 years was very cheaper , so i need to know what software and wich version i need
make working this system with those dongles , wich the best in quality among the 2? still for sale the soft i need?
You've got quite a dinosaur there. I don't know how much luck you'll have finding the right software version to work and even if you did the limitations of the old software would make it a bear to use. No HD, no DV, no mixing of resolutions in the Timeline, depending on exactly how old it is - it may not even have a built in Title Tool.
If you're a hobbyist and new to Avid, this software/hardware combo may not be your best option as an introduction to the Avid editing world.
Warning - Car Analogy:
It would be like if you just got your licensce and found a 1946 Ford that needed an engine rebuild. If you're not intimately familiar with all the components and mechanically inclined, you may find yourself more frustrated with your new toy than actually using it. Whereas - spending a little money to get a newer vehicle with fewer issues will help get you on the road a lot quicker.

I know Kenton , sure am new to this and thats why am here asking to expert
..its very old system but enough for my needed because willing to use it only for some video analogic cut and paid everything just '90 euro'
so i know alredy cant expect that much , i just need for a simple system but want at output have same quality of input.
if you know some links where i can learn about old systems please post it.
By the time Avid supported the PMAC 9600, Avid also supported Mac OS 7.6.1, 8.0, 8.1, 8.5.1 or 8.6 with MC software versions 7.x. The most stable OS was 8.1. OS 8.5.1 and 8.6 were ram hogs, needed 40mb ram just to run itself. Avid officially supports only up to 32mb DIMMs memory chips in the 9600 and with a total of 12 memory slots in the CPU the total ram supported is only 384 mbs tops. You can most likely find Mac OS software on the web. There are web sites that have old or vintage software to download, often times free of charge. With only 8 tracks of audio available, BLKDOG is right, seems as if you have the dongle for a MC Xpress. The audio board was called Amadeus (Mozart). The 9600, while no speed merchant, was a very reliable box. Kudos to Apple for the wonderful clamshell design, making it very easy to open and replace boards, add Ram, etc. (Apple had to do something to redeem itself after the PMAC 9500 which forced you to literally remove the motherboard from the chassis in order to add ram, etc). Since the OS loads a plethora of printer inits and monitor inits, make sure you add a folder to the systems folder calling it disabled extensions and streamline the OS extensions as much as possible. Limit too the number of active fonts to no more than 120ish. As long as you are not asking too much of the system (and from you state above it seems as if you are not), its a great system as long as the hardware boards work.
