i was wondering if there was a way to convert Avid MXF's into P2 MXF's

Could you tell us a little about your workflow and why you would need to?

We have Avid Adrenaline NLEs and we wanted to colaborate with our mobile units which have Adobe products 

i'm also interested in this, is it somehow possible in a fast and easy way? Our import programm for archiving only uploads p2mxf and not avid mxf. When a crew does a job for several weeks like the tour de france, they return with a harddrive full of avid mxf.

My workflow now is videomixdown and audiomixdown and then push it through to our archives. It would be easier if i could convert avid mxf to p2 mxf than (real mxf not the tree) and then i can upload it all in a few clicks. Rather than talking sequence by sequence and consolidating or mixdowning everything and then send it through.
