Just installed the new MC Version 3.5.4. Everything is working fine until i close the program. After a few seconds the error message "AvidVideoMirror" appears.

My specs:

System:  HP xw8600 8core 3GHz Workstation, NVidia FX3700(with the last avid-certified driver), 4 GB RAM, 1.5 TB Mediadrive (RAID5) SATA, Analog Mojo

I´m using AMA

Am i really the only one with this prob?

It`s really annoying. Everytime i shut down the program i get this error message. Avid listen: I need to work and not to find solutions after updating the program

If you don't update to the newest driver of NVIDIA 3700 you wont get the error message at the end... but at startup you get notified that your have a GPU mismatch...

After two hours of installing, uninstalling, reinstalling trying everything without any success I went back to the older version 3.5. Now everything is working fine without any error message. Great Job AVID

I am having the same problem ... I am using FX4800 ... it needs the new driver but the error message just pop .. nothing we can do ...

Additionally the 3.5.4 Read Me pdf does not specifically mention the Nvidia 3700 card as requiring the 182.65 driver update but as you mentioned if you don't update it, when you open the application you get the GPU error window. Pick your poison.

This is all very funny because 3.5.4 fixed this issue for me. Then I installed 3.5.4.3 patch and the issue came back.<shrug>

Not true (at least as of last week - posted version on Avid's site) - 3.5.4 specifically targets the FX3700 as one of four cards that requires the new(er) 182.65 driver.
