    30 minute capture limit/cut off

    Hi,

I am sure I never used to experience this problem.. the only thing I can maybe relate it to is that now I capture in 1080 50i format and maybe that makes a difference?  But basically whenever I capture footage it stops capturing at 30 mins.  So every tape has to be split into two halves, which makes capturing (and editing) a bit of a pain.

Any idea how I can resolve this problem?  Nothing worse than leaving a tape to capture, coming back after an hour to find it's only caught 30mins.  It's not timecode breaks.. it's exactly the same... 30 min segments, no matter what tape.

    Thanks

Got to your Settings, click on  Capture, then the - Omfi (or MXF) tab and you can see the maximum default capture time.
