Has anyone been able to use a touch screen monitor with the new Corsica based system that use the SuperMicro motherboard. We were able to use a Elo touch screen with our older Targa based systems, but cannot get it to work with the new DekoCasts.

If you were able to get it to work, what brand of touch screen are you using.

We have never qualified a touchscreen for use with DekoCast, but the benefits are obvious when using the UI to launch an Action.

However, we do have several reports that the ELO touchscreens taht used to work on older Dekocasts no longer work with the SuperMicro motherboards used in the newer DekoCasts. In fact, one user went as far as sending his toucscreen to both SuperMicro and to ELO to try to get a solution. But that did not result in the touchscreen working on his DekoCast.

We currently do not know of any touchscreens that do work, but if anyone out there does have one working, please let us know.

Just an FYI, I have the Elo touch screen now working with the DekoCast C. I made an application that takes the place of the Elo drivers.

I am currently running the application for a longevity test to make sure that there isn't any memory leaks or any other problems.
