I work with this connfiguration:
LanshareEX CPR14 (file manager 4.1.5)
Mediamanager
6 newscutter adrenaline (6.2.13) with TMserver(2.9.21) installed and configured for ingest on each editor client

Sometime, i have some ingest Bug. on the client status window transfer is 100%completed, but the clip is partial offline like video offline or one audio channel.
In the event application viewer on the lanshare, i have on error with event ID 45 on the UnityPortServer Source.
The message is:

Error Caught 23.0.0.R.ffffffff.0.0.44c.243c, file=0,+, the path of the file in the temp directory of Tmserver (it's the file offline which stay in temp directory and not move in mediadirectory.

Do you know the issu of this problem ?
