Have you tried using Alt+(ASCII Code)?  Hold Alt and type the 4 digit code on the number pad ....

Tried that still comes up as a ?. No-one else ran into this????

Checked our media composers 3.5.1 its doing it over there as well. Copy the 1/2 sign from character map and paste it in title tool and it shows up as a ?

Can someone check this on thier system
