I know MC comes with user manuals and there are also various on-line tutorials out there, but I was wondering if anybody is using an actual textbook that they really like. I'm not too adept at reading from a computer screen....I'm a book guy. I know....old school.

Eventhough this book is for version that's I believe four years old, I found it invaluable for learning Avid.
