Please can someone give me a step by step guide to capturing SD matterial from a Sony PDW-1500...

If I could capture in DVCAM quality is fine but I'm not getting contact with the deck (maybe it is a setting on the actual Sony deck?)

I am running MC 3.1 on a MAcbook pro 17 inch, 4gig ram

Any help MUCH appreciated! (All company contacts I could ask are closed for Easter.
