fix the match frame edit "droppings"

Ever since v1 the timeline tends to leave tons of match frame edits in black spaces. It usually happens while trimming. Besides being messy, they also tend to make trimming difficult or impossible. (whenever the timeline just refuses to trim I have to do a "remove match frame edits" on the whole sequence and then trim works again)

I've seen them on tracks that have had a locater somewhere on FILLER.

Once a locater is added to filler, the track is infected forever.

Ah, thanks for the diagnosis! I'll keep that in mind. If you delete an infected track does it reappear when the track is re-added?
