I just also wanted to reinforce that one of the biggest problems for random errors to pop up during encoding processes for DVDs is when you happen to have one or two files that are the wrong format... such as having all additional audio tracks as WAVs and one as MP3. Its important to keep all video tracks the same format, as well as all audio tracks the same.
