Ok, this is starting to bug me.
I did a clean reinstall of the whole Studio but opening ProTools still crashes the system!
What's wrong?..THIS IS A NEW PC! and it was running fine the first time I've installed it.
Thanks man.
Can you point me to the exact PACE update file?
There are several downloadables there. I just want to make sure I'm installing the right files.
Ok. I think I've done this already on my first attempts. I've downloaded the ZIP file "kp..." something from Paceap, its about 4 Mb, and installed it.
Do you think I need to try it again?
Thanks
Hi,
I dont know what else to do.
Now, AvidXP-HD wont resume launching. It just shows the start screen and then dissappear.
Anyone else have ideas?

Wow, thanks Bryan...
but i guess it's too late...we're reformatting my PC-WinXP.
I'll definitely try it if we experience it again.
God bless.
WOW!...I'M GOOD NOW!
We should tell this to everyone who might encounter this.
Thanks to that link man.

Even a clean reformat of WindowsXP didn't really fix it. I really have to follow the system set up described in the link.
Same problem here. I tried an install of Avid, Pro Tools, could not find the Windows fix mentioned above, disabled the newer Plug Ins but an not sure which ones, if any, are causing the problem.
Kevin
