    Hi Larry, I did a copy and paste for my post and it inserted all that jibberish. how can i delete it? when i go under edit the jibberish part of the post is not there.

    If you click on the HTML button at the right of the menu bar for the edit window you will see all the HTML code used in your post.  Remove any rubbish you see from the HTML window, not the edit window.  For example, this page in HTML should read as follows, since I haven't created any specific formatting.
