I have a letterboxed SD show and need to make it FHA.  There's no great mystery on how to do this is there?  Just resize with scaling width at 100 and scaling height at 134.  I think I'm outthinking myself here.  I know if you are in HD, you can downconvert to FHA but SD doesn't have that feature.  Thanks.

 Thought so.  I envisioned some wild schematic flowchart with crazy percentage values and long renders and countless hours of overtime and having to give a way my first born.  Wait, that's what I do now to get to tape!    Thanks.    

 You could rather easily though, drop the Reformat > Pan and Scan effect on it and change the Target to 16:9 Anamorphic

 Hmmm, wouldn't the render be loooooong for a 50 minute show??  I guess it would look cleaner.  Thnaks.
