when we are edit and we came to effect side is it posible we can put effect at a time same effect to 10 to 15 edit points at one time. is yes please tell me .

To do this, if it is a dissolve, just mark in to out around the cuts and, in the quick transition dialogue box, choose "Apply to transisions in to out".

If it is another type of effect, go into the effect editor, select the first transition, drag a lasso from right to left around the others and double click the effect either from the efect palete or in your bin.

Also you can add an effect on a new video level which will affect all tracks beneath it.. use add edit to set it to position.
