Getting a Structured Exception in projects

I have a big problem.  I transfered projects made in version 4.6 to version 5.2 and I am having huge problems.  I am getting an ACCESS VIOLATION each time i pull up the project and I can not scroll through anything.

Avid did bring up a box asking if I wanted to repair the bin, which I did, now this is all that I am getting.  BTW this is from one computer to another and I have brought over all media files and project files.  Please help.

Re: Getting a Structured Exception in projects

Is this problem affecting only this one project? If so, you can delete the "(Project Name)settings.avs" file in the specific project folder. It may have become corrupted. On re-launch, the system will detect the missing file and build a new one.

If that fails it is probably a rights management issue...

When you moved the project and it's media to a different platform, did you rebuild the Media Database files?
