Just doing my first SD Pal project in my new DX and realsed that whenever I apply a DVE to my effect to zoom it in, or even just move a Matte Key Clip, it softens the image a massive amount.
I used to get round this kind of thing easily by making it HQ. However, this is greyed out.
When I change my Render settings to always render Everything HQ, there is still no difference.
Has anyone else seen this? Is it a known bug? Any ideas
Cheers

Promote the effect to 3D, otherwise, you don't get the HQ option.
Thank you!
Has that always been the case? Never occured to me to upgrade the effect. Lifesaver.
I've just tried the whole 'setresizetype 9' thing to really help me, but apparently doesn't work on 3D warps, which is a shame.
