    Hi,

First, please don't type in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.

Second, yes, you can recover deleted media files by batch capturing or batch importing them.  If the media came from a tape, use batch capture (this assumes you still have the tapes, and that they were captured with timecode).  If the media came from a file, use batch import.

Look up batch capture and batch import in the manual or online help for details about these procedures.

    good luck,
    Carl

    Re: RECOVER DELETED MEDIA FILES

If you have deleted the actual OMFI and/or MXF associated media files without back-ups or "mirroring", I'm afraid the answer is no. Your only option is to re-capture or re-import from the original media sources, as Carl pointed out.
