I have a show that is 1080p/29.97 that has been edited on MC Symphony Nitris 2.8.  I would like to open this project on our Media Composer 3.0 systems and it is not opening.  I get an error message stating "This project format is not supported by this software: 1080p/29.97"  On the MC specificatoin page it clearly states that this format is supported.  I also see that I cannot create a new project in this format in MC as well.  So is the web page just incorrect or is this a bug/feature being worked on?

The 1080p 29.97 project type was added in 3.0, it was not an option in SN/1.8 or MC 2.8. Create a 1080i/59.94 project and change the format tab to 29.97.

We have been editing the show for about a year now on Symphony Nitris.  It was probably at version 1.4 when we started and now we are at 1.84.  I tried your idea with creating the 1080i/5994 project and I was able to open the bins and play the media successfully.  The option to switch to 1080p/29.97 is not available, but it plays properly at 1080i/59.94.  I am a little confused that I cannot open the project up directly yet.  In order to go back and forth between systems, I guess we need two different project files?  Bizarre.
