Where should I run ASM from?

Should I be running ASM from the server or from a client?  When I run it from a client all the drives in my Unity system is shown as Mounted and Ready in the Display Volume View.  I've installed ASM on the server and when I run it from the there all the Unity drives are indicated as Broken, which obviously they aren't because we're using them at this moment.

Stop the file manager, and run it on the server.  GO through the readme in ASM.
