    Visualising sound

    Hi folks,

I have several sound files with voice recordings. My director wants to see them visualized in some kind of way. Does anybody have any idea how can I do this? I can imagine a line transforming into waveform in the rythm of the voice or some syncronized peakmeter levels. I would need the possibilty of saving some kind of file with this (MOV, AVI etc.) Perhaps After Effects can do something like this?

    Thank you for any thoughts

    Kind regards

What is editing? It´s the process of transforming a collection of badly focussed or horribly framed shots containing reversed screen directions, flare and dirt into a smooth visual statement of the script... ... for which the director takes the credit!

After Effects - Render - Audio Waveform

    AvidFX may have something similar.
