I'm running an AVID Nitris Symphony turnkey setup with an HP 8800.  When exporting a qt or qt ref file from the timeline, the picture freezes at 27 sec, but the audio continues uninterupted.  Original footage is mxf files.  export settings are

same as source

48K audio

601/709

native dimensions.

I've tried different qt settings and even QDI safe mode on QT to no avail.  I've run out of options and need assistance.
