    I can INPUT, but I can't OUTPUT

I'm trying to output a sequence to my Sony DSR-11 deck, but no picture or audio gets laid down.  But I can digitize just fine.

    Any help would be great.

This sounds like connectivity. How are you getting signal to and from the DSR? Is the DSR looking for the right input signal? Before actually recording, can you see the picture and hear audio through the deck to a monitor when playing the sequence?

Hi there, I use a DSR-11 all the time and haven't experienced this  (yet) - if you fix it can you post the answer for future reference? Cheers.

Hi, I was thinking about your problem and wandered if it could be something as simple as you've knocked the input switch so that the machine is expecting composite inputs? Check the little knob at the front (Apologies if Im teaching Granny to suck eggs but I know its the little things that catch me out). Chris.
