    alldrives and console

Hi there, I want our Avids to be able to see one of the network drives and I have been told to go to the console window and  type in:AllDrives -- Allows all drives to act as media drives. (Type 'AllDrives -1' for help). My other question is how would I disable it, what is the command for that!

    Thanks for your help!

You still have to map the network drive for it to work.

Delete the drive mapping and you disable it.

Just type alldrives again and hit enter. It toggles the setting on and off.

Right click on "My network Places" select "map network Drive"  (PC non Lanshare or Unity setup)
