best way to match 30i and 24p

Camera A was a varicam dig'ed into a 30i project. Camera B was HDV. I've been using Fluidfilm progressive on the HDV material to try and match the two. Is this right? Should I be using Fluidfilm 2:3 cadence? How should I have my input and output set on the effect.

    Thanks.

I've found that Fluid Film 2:3 Pulldown works really well.

It's only issue is weird frame blending when you have a lot of movement in a shot.
