    I redid the dongle downloads, and also did the PC version - since last time I blasted the dongles on a laptop with bootcamp.  Haven't actually done it yet, but I'll report back when I get a chance to give it a try.

    You need to write to warranty@avid.com. The updater for your upgrade is a bit different from the regular upgrade. They need to get you a specific dongle updater file.

    They emailed me a new updater.avd file that worked.  Glad I found this.  Thanks BLKDOG.
