Yes please.

However I think Sony are still messing with their own problems with the format. They have pushed back to September their U1 firmware upgrades due to issues with Vista.

It is possible to import XDCAM 422 in MC 3.0. I already did it. Just Rastersize is not not working in 1920x1080.
