I am sorry, but I feel a little skeptical when I read your posting about your situation.
(If I am wrong I will apologise immediately)

If you really have lost the CD (DVD?) then how do you expect to install it even with the dongle?

I would never suggest that you have a "dubious" copy of MC that can be installed without a dongle and are having difficulty doing that........

But something does not seem to ring true in your postings.

Of course, it can be a language problem and you are having difficulty expressing yourself clearly.

You don't need the CD. Just download the software from avid.com/downloadcenter and install it. If you have your dongle, you are good to go.

This is a duplicate post so we'll be deleting it.
