Yet another firewire card inquiry

I'm still on Xpress Pro 5.8. I need to get a new firewire card, other one died. I don't have an approved system, and am therefore a little confused as to what card I should get. I read the Qoalified PC Workstation PDF. Should I just pick one off that list?

Specs are below. Thanks.

You can't go wrong with Avid's certified components but I went with the SIIG FW 800 card for my systems because of the 5 year warranty.
