Using an avid express pro ver 5.2 a new error. everything seems to work except on a digital cut it records for a few minutes then the deck DSR 80P stops and an error flags

"SFCONS_video_unknown,DIOerr:Avid DNA detected hardware underrun"

I am doing the digital cut from an edit that worked fine a year back but we have been travelling and it throws this up. The digital cut is made from  rendered Video and Audio tracks each to a single video and audio mix down track.

Can any one help?

2GB Ram, 2.4MHz processor, Media source disk 400 gb Seagate any way it worked fine before and system hasnt changed.

1.  Check refrence to the MOJO and deck.

2.  Delete the flamthrower.sys driver.

To do that.  Right click my computer, go to manage, go to device manager, go to multimedia devices, right click Avid MOJO or whatever it says for it.  Click on prefrences, go to the driver tab.  Uninstall it. 

Power the MOJO and the computer will automatically re-install the flamthrower driver.  Just follow the screen prompts.

 Have you loaded any additional software?  Anti-Virus, messenger programs?  Any background programs can cause underrun, or having another device on the firewire port.
