Working on a Large Format project that was shot at 30fps 65mm Film, tranfered at 30fps to video. and is being edited in a 30fps project.

how do i get film scribe and/or the avid to treat the edgecode as 30fps and not 24fps, so that i can get an accirate 30fps cutlist?

Unfortunately Avid does not support 30fps transfers for matchback - it always assumes a 2:3 puldown relationship between film and video proxy. It is something we have been wanting to add for a while now, but has never made it to the top of the list of "to-do's". Perhaps a third party matchback program has support for this. I will look around.
