The one Graham provided is much higher resolution than the one I posted here, but it's his and not mine, and I wouldn't want to abuse his help in posting it here - or abuse the forum in posting anything that large.  It still has enough detail to show the keyboard layout, which is what I was originally asking about.  In fact, since I just realized that Graham might not have wanted his entire idea published, I've cut out everything but the keyboard layout itself.

Don't worry, I can hardly lay claim to the design of it myself, basically it is a screen shot that I added some layers to in Photoshop to create an aid memoir. I asked him for his email address so if he comes back with it feel free to send him it as I am off now until Monday.
