when i start ds this message come ds nitris LHAL try to load but failed...

 Verify if the PCI-X slot that host the Avid Nitris Base board was not reset to 133 MHz.  It MUST be 100 MHz to synchronize itself to the other boards (Avid Nitris Codec being the most critical board) at this specific bus speed. This is in the workstation's BIOS configuration.

If not that, was this working before?  Was a change or reinstallation performed?  Was the Avid Nitris drivers installed?
