I click the play button on the screen but I could only hear the audio and see the one frame I started on.

Do I need to downlad a certain driver? I had this problem a few years ago.

This is almost always a video card problem.  If you tell us your system specifications, we'll help you figure out what to do.

You might want to look at the sticky post right above yours labeled "Video not playing?" and see if that helps.

Our video card is a PNY Quadro 1400 in a HP8200 Workstation.

as the other said... search and if you can't find please give us some info... without that it is impossible to even start.
