    Purchasing new Imac and MC 3.0

    I find myself in a catch 22 regarding the lag between what apple sells and what avid has qualified. Can anyone provide advice?

    I am looking to setup a MC system on a new 24" Imac with the Nvidia 8800 video card and 3.06 Ghz processor but the avid qualified systems pdf only discusses Imac 24" 2.33 GHz or lower systems.

    Can I assume MC3.0 will work fine on the latest Imacs?

    Is anyone using MC 3.0 or lower with the latest 24" Imac 3.06 Ghz processor?
