mojo sdi and srw-5000 - capture problem

MC 2.8 23.967 project in sd

    mojo SDI

    srw-5000 HDCam sr 23.98psf

    capturing in DV25 resolution

Here is the problem.  We are capturing from the HD deck out of the SDI thru the mojo sdi into avid.  We are logging everything on a :00 frame.  For example, a clip shows up in the bin as starting at 1:00:00:00  but the window burn in shows 00:59:59:28.  The pull down cadence does show the proper ABCD in the tc information, but obviously, something is off, because the frames look a bit interlaced during playback.  I know that even though the project is set up as 23.976, it's going to give me the equivalent 29.97 time code in the source, even though its a 23.976 tape.  No problem there.  The problem is that it's coming in 2 frames early on the capture.  We did get a warning that the avid did not support this deck for 24P (I'm using the SRW-5000 60 protocol setup from the drop down menu), so I'm assuming it has something to do with that.  We can fix the offset in the online since it's only a 30 second spot, but the client is going to want an explanation as to the interlacing.  Hopefully, I've explained this problem well enough.  Has any one else run into this problem?

    Thanks.

Did you set your pulldown correctly in Avid? (standard pulldown, 00.0= A Frame, etc)
