Have you tried an audio mixdown to a mono track before exporting?

Any good reason for not using your projects audio sample rate in your QT export?

I've experienced this same problem whilst using similar export settings (but my audio was 44kHz).  I was scratching my head for ages, and then I tried exporting it at 48kHz, and it sounded fine.

So, as a quick fix, try exporting at the original sample rate.

    Hope it works for you,

Oh, and I also exported it with two channels of sound after I had the warble problem.
