Avid for Liquid Users: Lesson 19 - TitleDeko Pro in MC?

The nineteenth in a series of tutorials created to assist Avid/Pinnacle Liquid users who are considering migrating to or have already migrated to Media Composer.

When I saw that some Liquid users were voicing their concern for having to give up TitleDekoPro and learn the Avid Title Tool or Marquee I decided to put their minds at rest.
Liquid users should have no trouble at all in using TDKPro from inside MC.

NB: TDKPro will probably not be available in MC if you have already uninstalled Liquid. Unless Liquid is installed on the same system this Tutorial may not apply

It is because Avid seem to be unable to keep up with the times as far as newer Browsers are concerned. All videos played well under Internet Explorer 5, 6 and then about IE 7 they started to have problems.

There are 2 ways to watch the videos.

    1. Use Firefox as a browser.

    2. Visit my homepage and look for the 5 collections that I offer there. (They are listed as 200_01, 200_02, 200_03, 200_04 and 200_5) All 200 videos are included and they will playback on your computer.
