    Hi,

    We need more details.  Take a look at this post, which outlines what we need to know.  Make sure to include what version of what Avid product you're using, because your profile says Xpress Pro but you posted in the Media Composer forum.  Either way, we need to know the exact version number, along with what version of Quicktime is installed, and what you were trying to do when you got the error.
