    Media Mangers clips go offline when audio is modified on orginal clips in Avid NewsCutter

    The title says it all.

    I'm working on an Avid NewsCutter (v6.2.12) and Media Manager (v4.5.6) puts clips offline when audio is adjusted on the original clips in the Avid.  The clips are there, but are unplayable in Media Manager.  They show up with a red "!" when trying to view.  Is there a reason this is being done that is fixable?  or... is it just a bug in the software?

    Any workarounds?
