The fourth in a series of tutorials created to assist Avid/Pinnacle Liquid users who are considering migrating to Media Composer.

There are so many things that I should tell you simultaneously...... but as that is impossible, you will have to try and put up by my illogical jumping from 1 topic to another!

Most of the topics I touch on are described very simply, as they can be found described in greater detail in the manual.
They include:
Zooming in on the Timeline
Changing track height
Drag and Drop?
Select tracks/clips
(The selection of clips on the timeline can also be achieved by "lassoing" the clips.)
Adding Filler at the start of the timeline
Out of Sync!
Film style/Overwrite Style
Turning on the different tracks (e.g. Film Strip Track)

Keyboard mapping and the use of the keyboard as opposed to "drag and drop" is definitely the one big concept that is different between Liquid and MC.
