Hello,

   I have an Avid XPress 5.0.7 (Meridian) for Windows 2000.  I was just wondering what the final software version of the product was before it was discontinued.  Also, is the update still available on avid.com anywhere?  I tried looking for information on this legacy version but couldn't find anything.  Thanks...

Hi Chris,

This is one of those times you have to know what to look for.  If you go to the Knowledge Base and then click Advanced Search, type "release notes" into the search box and select Xpress Family and Xpress (Meridien) from the drop-down menus, you'll get a list of ReadMe files.

In the Download Center, the most current release is 6.5.7.

 Xpress Meridien 6.1.2 has been the very last release
