    EDL Manager in 2.8.3

    Hello all,

    Just tried EDL Manager yesterday for first time in 2.8.3. Unless I'm being an idiot, Get Current Sequence doesn't seem to be working. Dialog box in EDM says Import Failed, then Get Sequence Error. Have tried with various projects in 25i, 1080 50i and 1080 25p. Anyone else seen this?

    Does it work if you simply open the EDL from the bin in EDL Manager?

    Indeed it does, that is the workaround for now. Interestingly, when you try Get Curren Sequence a dialog comes up in MC saying 'Exporting AAF compositions', then the errors within EDM.

    And, just to clarify, you did reinstall EDL Manager when you upgraded to 2.8.3, right?

    Actually this is on a clean XP install so the 2.8.3 EDM is only one that's ever been on it.
