    Re: New title tool?

At the risk of appearing stupid -- where is the spell checker?

I have never been able to find one -- and my integrated Firefox spell checker does not work in this forum's reply window.

You can install IeSpell which integrates with the forum software. You can download it here. It may not work with Firefox however. Give it a shot.

Since switching to FireFox, Spell Check has not been available.  It would normally appear just to the right of the HTML icon.

    where is the spell checker?

If you're not seeing the spellchecker (or any of the text formatting controls) when composing posts using Internet Explorer, you might have your site options set to plain text. To switch to rich text:

    1. Click on your username in the top right corner of this site.

    2. Click on Edit my profile link under "Options" on the left side.

    3. Click the Site Options tab.

    4. Under the drop down options for Content Editor select Enhanced.

    5. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the Save button.

Thank you all -- for that information and suggestions.

And yes, it is not visble with Firefox (which is what I use) -- but visible with IE.

Our posts just crossed -- and yes, that option works when I right click.

Thank you for that great suggestion.

I don't know why it isn't automatic -- as it is with every other site I visit.

    Re: New title tool?

For those of you using Macs with "Text Edit": Load it onto the dock...thennnnnn....You can, until the next decade passes, use it to type your stuff into, spell check it, check grammer, and then cut and paste it into Text Tool. Re-sizing can be a bit of a booger, but, hey...it's been spell checked!
