We're having issues with bins disappering, media going offline and sequences and media getting corrupted. 

We're running Unity 4.1.5 PC Adrenalines 2.2.7 and Meridians 11.2.7.  All these issues seem to have started when we got the Unity upgraded to 4.1.5. Projects do go back and forth between the Meridians and Adrenalines although we create all SD projects on the Meridian systems. Could these problems be because:

1. PC/MAC and Unity issue 

2. MAC and Unity issue

3. PC Andrenaline 2.2.7 and Unity 4.1.5 issue

4. Meridian 11.2.7 and Unity 4.1.5 issue

5. Something else?????

If anyone has a similar set up and are not having problems let me know or if anyone knows of compatibility issues with these versions of Avid systems. Thank you in advance.

Your subject line says MN 4.1.5 ... and you say your clients are 4.1.4?  Is that actually correct?

The mismatch can cause clients to spontaneously dismount.

Yes OS9.  The problem has been fixed and I appreciate all who helped.  Turned out to be a bad drive installation to much to go into, but once again thank you.
