i just downloaded the ds assist trial 45 days

i got error in filling the license requst form on the web, the error msg:

   ERROR : License generation error on version 8.0

   As a result, the temp license could not be created and sent.

   We are sorry for the inconvenience.

is this some kind of script error ? or something else?

is there any avid's staff avaiable here for helping me out ??

Yes, the automatic license generator is currently down and we are trying to find the root cause.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope to bring back this service as soon as possible.

In the mean time, you can use the standard licensing web form and request the 45 days license by choosing Avid DS Assist Station (32 or 64-bit).  Enter SID 30001111 and we will know that this is for this type of request.

i just tried it , but still no lucks.

when entering the SID 30001111, i got another error : Please, enter a valid SID number

The temporary 45 days license generator has been repaired and you can now use it.

As for the SID number error, I just tried and did not get the error...  Maybe the subsequent changes done to the generator also fixed this issue.
